Paper published
Mahdiye’s work on surface tensiometry of phase separated liquid droplets has been published in Soft Matter.
In this paper, the classical sessile droplet method for measuring the surface tension of liquids has been scaled down to measure the interfacial tension between coexisting phases of polymers and proteins phase separated droplets. Since sample volume is a great concern in these systems, this novel method only uses microliters of material.
