Katrina gives a talk

Katrina gave a talk at the beginning of September at the opening event for external page Scientifica 2021. Through her talk, the audience learned about structural color, both in nature and lab. She showcased external page Alba’s work and got people excited about other fun applications of structural color, like structurally colored chocolate.
