EMBO Postdoctoral Fellowship for Tom
Our graduated PhD, Dr. Thomas Böddeker, has received an EMBO Postdoctoral Fellowship.
Tom defended his PhD thesis in Dec 2022 and went on to a short-term Postdoc in the laboratory of external pageProf. Satoshi Sawai at the University of Tokyo in Japan. He has recently been awarded an external pageEMBO Postdoctoral Fellowship to work in the laboratory of Interfacial Cell Biology with Dr. external pageRoland L. Knorr in the Department of Biology of Humboldt University of Berlin. There he will study the effect of wetting phenomena on structure formation in neurons. Congratulations, Tom!
